Refund Policy

In the event you decide to cancel your booking/reservation, you may be entitled to a refund depending on our refund policy as outlined below:

• Full Refund - A minimum of 14 days advance notice is required for a full refund during the Normal Periods. For the Peak Periods (New Years & Full Moon), a minimum of 20 days advance notice is required. All full refund will incur a cancellation fee of 500.- THAI BAHT.
• Partial Refund - A minimum of 7 days advance notice is required for a partial refund during the Normal Periods. For the Peak Periods (New Years & Full Moon), a minimum of 10 days advance notice is required. All partial refunds will incur a 50% fee of the deposit money.
• No Refund - In case of early cancellations, NO-SHOW or early check out, no refund will be made. (Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice).
• The refund will be made through bank transfer or through your credit card, depending on the original method of payment. The refund process could take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks for the refund to credit into your bank account.

Changes & Amendments Policy: In the event you decide to make changes to the length of stay, number of rooms, or number of people, you are entitled to the conditions as outlined below:

• Amendment that results in a refund of payment will be treated as either a Full Refund, Partial Refund or No-Refund depending on the number of days advance notice was given as outlined in the Refund Policy above.
• All requests for additional nights or rooms are subject to room availability and will not incur additional charges. Additional deposit is required to secure the bookings.
