In the event you decide to cancel your booking/reservation, you may be entitled to a refund depending on our refund policy as outlined below:
|Partial Refund||A minimum of 20 days advance notice is required for a partial refund during the Normal Periods. For the Full Moon bookings, a minimum of 30 days advance notice is required. All partial refunds will incur a 50% fee of the deposit money. There are no refunds for cancellations during the New Years period (20 December - 10 January).|

The refund will be made through bank transfer or through your credit card, depending on the original method of payment. The refund process could take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks for the refund to credit into your bank account. In some cases, we may need to ask you for your bank details.
