Refund & Cancellations

In the event you decide to cancel your booking/reservation, you may be entitled to a refund depending on our refund policy as outlined below:

Full Refund A minimum of 30 days advance notice before your arrival date is required for full refund of your reserveration deposit.
No Refund In case of late cancellations, NO-SHOW or early check out, no refund will be made (considered as cancellation without the required advance notice).

The refund will be made through bank transfer or through your credit card, depending on the original method of payment. The refund process could take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks for the refund to credit into your bank account. In some cases, we may need to ask you for your bank details.
